Aroma 24/7 is seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to support its continued growth and expansion. This role focuses on increasing sales, building strong corporate partnerships, and identifying new client opportunities across key markets. It is well-suited for a professional with at least three years of corporate sales experience, a solid professional network, and a proven ability to close high-value deals.
The ideal candidate will take an active role in developing and executing strategies that boost revenue and strengthen the company’s market presence. Working closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams, you will help align business goals with client needs and ensure consistent growth.
This position requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with a clear understanding of client acquisition and market trends. The Business Development Manager will play a key role in expanding Aroma 24/7’s reach while maintaining long-term relationships with partners and clients. • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with corporate clients, retailers, and B2B partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across industries.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring to inform strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design tailored proposals, presentations, and campaigns for corporate clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports for senior management.
• Represent Aroma 24/7 at corporate events, trade shows, and networking functions.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.
• Continuously monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to achieve targets.
