We are looking for a results-driven Business Analyst with a strong background in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 5 years of relevant experience. The role involves financial analysis of plant operations, supporting strategic planning, and providing actionable insights to improve overall financial performance.
Prepare & analyze production planning.
Perform financial analysis of manufacturing plants, including profitability, cost structures, and operational performance
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Develop financial models to support decision-making and analysis
Analyze revenue, margins, and cost drivers across products and plants
Do CAPEX evaluation and feasibility analysis of new projects.
Collaborate with operations and plant teams for performance improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with financial controls, policies, and reporting standards
Provide management reports and dashboards for senior leadership. Requirements
Experience: Minimum 5 years in the manufacturing industry
Strong understanding of financial analysis, reporting, and manufacturing operations
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
