Required Experience: Extensive experience in establishing and operating program management frameworks in complex, multi-project environments. Minimum 7–10 years of relevant professional experience. Proven experience in program planning, risk management, resource management, and performance reporting. 2. Position: Project Management Specialist-I
Required Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certification in Project Management, such as PMP or PRINCE2, is highly desirable.
Required Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience. Significant experience in managing or supporting individual projects, preferably in IT, infrastructure, or public sector management. Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and control. Experience within a PMO or program management structure will be an advantage.
3. Position: Project Management Specialist-II
Required Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certification in Project Management, such as PMP or PRINCE2, is highly desirable.
Required Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience. Experience in managing or supporting projects in IT, infrastructure, or public sector management. Strong skills in planning, scheduling, monitoring, reporting, and problem-solving. Proficiency in recognised project management software and tools is required.
Candidates applying for these FBR consultant positions should have practical experience in handling complex assignments. The roles require professionals who can work with structured timelines, multiple stakeholders, documentation, reporting, and digital tracking systems.
Important skills include program management, project planning, risk identification, monitoring and evaluation, resource planning, performance reporting, stakeholder coordination, software-based tracking, communication, and analytical decision-making. The attention of interested consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, July 2016, revised November 2017, and August 2018. These rules relate to conflict of interest and consultant selection requirements.
Consultants will be selected under the Open Competitive Selection of Individual Consultants method as set out in the World Bank procurement regulations.
