The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police is one of Pakistan’s largest and most operationally active provincial police forces. The Central Police Office (CPO) in Peshawar is the administrative and operational headquarters β overseeing the full spectrum of policing functions across KPK’s districts and divisions.
The civilian technical staff at CPO perform functions that are foundational to police administration: records management, financial documentation, engineering maintenance, land administration, official correspondence, and transport services. These are not frontline policing roles β they are the institutional support infrastructure that allows the police organization to function administratively.
For candidates seeking a permanent government job in KPK with stability, pension entitlement, and government medical benefits, these CPO civilian posts represent genuine long-term career security in a high-profile provincial institution. The ETEA testing process ensures merit-based selection β making these accessible to any qualified KPK resident.
Go to www.etea.edu.pk. The ETEA website will have the full application form and document requirements available from June 8, 2026. Do not attempt to apply before this date β the documents and form will not be available. Visit on or after June 8 to begin the process.
Register on the ETEA portal and create your applicant profile. Fill in your personal information (name as per CNIC, CNIC number, date of birth, domicile district), educational qualifications, technical certificates (DAE, Patwar Course, CAD Certificate, LTV license as applicable), and contact details. Apply for the specific post matching your qualifications.
The ETEA application fee must be paid through Easy Paisa, UBL Omni/App, or any UBL bank branch. The fee amount is displayed on the ETEA portal after you complete your application. Keep the deposit slip/receipt β you will need to submit it as part of the application confirmation process.
ETEA uses E-NADRA or NADRA E-Sahulat (Kiosk) for applicant identity verification as part of the online application process. Ensure your CNIC details are current and your NADRA record is accurate before applying. Discrepancies between your CNIC details and your application will cause verification failures.
After successful application, ETEA will send an SMS notification, and your roll number slip will be available for download at etea.edu.pk. Download and print your roll number slip β it is required for the written test. Do not wait for a physical slip by mail; download it directly from the ETEA website.
Candidates may apply for more than one advertised post if they meet the eligibility criteria for each. However, each post requires a separate application with a separate fee payment. A single application cannot cover multiple posts.
Forms available from June 8 at etea.edu.pk. KPK domicile required.
