Psychological assessment and structured interview. Evaluates mental suitability, motivation, and personal character for paramilitary service.
Comprehensive medical examination. Tests include Blood ESR, Blood CP, Serum ALT, Serum Creatinine, HIV, Blood Serum, HB Electrophoresis, and LDH, among others.
Final medical examination. Security clearance. Final selection is strictly on merit, quota, and medical fitness. Successful candidates receive a call letter for basic training at RCTS Super Highway.
