Health Department, The Provincial Health Ministry is a standard body for providing Medical Education, Training & Employment. Description
1. Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Senior finance leadership role responsible for financial strategy, planning, budgeting, reporting, risk assessment, audit coordination, financial forecasting, and compliance.
Required Qualification: Member of a recognized body of professional accountants, or a Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Commerce. Expertise in IAS, IFRS standards, and SECP regulations for public sector companies is required.
Required Experience: At least 5 years relevant experience for professional accountant members, or a minimum of 10 years relevant senior-level experience for Master’s degree holders in the public or development sector.
Age Limit: Minimum 32 years

2. Position: Company Secretary (CS), Corporate governance and compliance role responsible for legal and compliance guidance, statutory reporting, corporate records, and liaison with regulators, auditors, and SECP.
Required Qualification: Member of a recognized body of professional accountants, or member of a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries, or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Commerce, or graduation in Law.
Required Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant experience in the public or development sector.
Age Limit: Minimum 32 years
